Return Policy — RFBlast.com

Effective Date: 5/27/2026

At RFBlast, we stand behind the two-way radio equipment we sell. Because radios are programmed, tuned, and configured to each customer's specifications, our return policy is limited to defective merchandise only. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a defective item. Requests made after the 14-day window will not be accepted under this policy; manufacturer warranty service is no longer available through RFBlast after this period — see "Warranty Service" below.

What We Accept

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or fail within the 14-day window. We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse, wrong item ordered, or change of mind
  • Items damaged by the customer, by improper use, or by unauthorized modification
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation

What We Do Not Accept Under Any Circumstance

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned even if a defect is claimed:

  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Batteries
  • Antennas cut to length
  • Special orders and custom builds
  • Opened software and firmware
  • Programmed or coded radios

No Exchanges

RFBlast does not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, you will need to keep it and place a new order for the correct one.

How Defective Returns Are Resolved

All defective returns are resolved at RFBlast's sole discretion by either:

  1. Repair of the defective item, or
  2. Replacement with the same model (subject to availability), or
  3. Store credit (issued only if repair and replacement are not possible)

Refunds to original payment methods are not issued. All approved returns are resolved as store credit at most, redeemable on future RFBlast.com purchases.

Restocking Fee

20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from any store credit issued.

RMA Required

Do not ship anything back to us without an RMA number. Packages received without an RMA number printed on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

To request an RMA:

  1. Email sales@rfblast.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a description of the defect (photos or video are helpful)
  3. Wait for our team to review and issue an RMA number with return instructions

RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from issue. Items received after the RMA expires will be refused.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable, even if the item is confirmed defective. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method — RFBlast is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If our inspection determines that the item is not defective, was damaged by the customer, or falls into a non-returnable category listed above, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no store credit will be issued.

Warranty Service

RFBlast handles all warranty service in-house. Do not contact the manufacturer directly — please contact us at sales@rfblast.com for any warranty issue, whether inside or outside the 14-day return window. Warranty terms and length vary by product; see the product page or original packaging for details.
